Staff

If you are seeking support during this closure period, you can contact the Employee Assistance Helpline which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The helpline offers help and advice to staff and managers outside of office hours.

Calls are confidential and are free from a landline:

  • Employees call: 0800 1116 387
  • Managers call: 0800 1116 385

Step 1: Opt in to messaging as you submit your report:

Step 2: Once you have submitted your report, you will be given a unique code like this:

Step 3: Make sure you take a note of the code as you will not be able to access it later. You can write it down, ‘copy to clipboard’ or screenshot it, or you can save it to your notepad or email it to yourself so that you can copy and paste it easily.

Step 4: To access messaging immediately, click on the ‘Login’ button next to the code and then enter the code in the box.

Step 5: You will then see the messaging page and also be able to read your report. Please remember to log in and check for our response to your message. We will respond within 3 working days.   

Tip: Consider setting a  reminder on your phone to log in and check for our response.

Step 6: If you wish to access the messaging tool later, go to the homepage https://reportandsupport.uwe.ac.uk/ click the ‘Log in to Messaging‘ button, then follow Steps 4 and 5 above. Please remember to log in and check for our response to your message. We will respond within 3 working days.   

If you've already submitted a report and have been given a code, you can log in via the button called 'Log in to Messaging'.
